Podcast: This Elothninian Life

Hello again,

We here at Jarthen HQ have a piping hot podcast for you! Right on time! Who loves consistency? We do!

Anyway, this podcast is brought to by NPR, who were kind enough to donate a recording to me on another week we were lacking a dramatic reading. NPR, you are generous, if a bit pompous and self-congratulatory!

But back to the point. We don't have any Madge for you this week (sorry fans of the Bobbins!), but we did get a copy of Terrance Squidby's interview with Jarthen himself. For those of you who don't know, Squidby is an American expat currently living in Elothnin. He wanders around and produces short interview-based documentaries about various interesting folk in Elothnin and the surrounding area. Apparently, he got a tip-off as to where the Rebel Army is camped, found it, and forced Jarthen to talk to him. The result is less informative, and more awkward.

But forgive Terrance. He's a bit of a prat, and he can't help himself.

1. Is Jarthen exceptionally well-developed for a 12-year-old, or does he just have an unnaturally deep voice?

2. I am waiting with bated breath for the awkward yet passionate gay encounter between Jarthen and Bertronius.

3. Do you need any help with the archery jargon?
